Conference hall “Yantra”— up to 110 seats, equipped with multimedia and sound system (provided only with accommodation and meals included)
Conference room “Trapezitsa”— up to 10 seats, ideal for interviews and small meetings.
Conference room “Zavera”— up to 10 seats, suitable for discussions and working groups.
Conference room for 4 people — perfect for personal conversations and small presentations.
Personalized services for your event
For corporate events in Grand Hotel “Yantra”, upon additional request, the following t-shirt equipment can be provided: multimedia projector, screen, flipchart with consumables, and on additional request - sound equipment. Wireless internet, audio recording equipment, discussion facilities and wireless headphones for translation can also be provided upon request.
Yantra conference hall is mainly associated with accommodation and meals.
Venue rental prices range from €120 to €250, depending on the event requirements and duration.
For every event, we offer options for organizing working lunches and festive dinners, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, themed evenings with folklore or other entertainment, live music, DJs, karaoke parties, and more.
