General terms and conditions for online reservations on the website of YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD
BOOKING AND ACCOMMODATION
YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid by the client on online booking according to the data provided by the client through the booking form for: name of the client, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds, price per night.
Please note that children up to 1.9 years old are accepted as infants on the date of arrival. The reservation accepts children from 2 years old to 11.9 years old on the date of arrival. A guest who is 12 years old or older at the time of check-in is considered an adult. Information about them should be noted with a comment at the end of the reservation, in the “Remarks” field.
The “Remarks” field in the booking form is not binding for Riviera Holiday Club, and all the wishes of the client, filled in in the field in question, will be satisfied if possible.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices on the website of YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD are in BGN, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due by the customer for the reservation is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.
The reservation made and paid through the online booking portal is GUARANTEED with 100% advance payment.
Please note that reservations are not guaranteed without 100% advance payment and guests on them will not be accommodated.
YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website. In case of already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation, early departure or change to an online reservation already paid by the customer, YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD will refund the amount paid for the unused reservation, charging a penalty depending on the dates of stay in the reservation and the cancellation period:
Seasonal conditions for cancellations and changes
- For reservations during the period 01.05 — 30.11.(inclusive) - Cancellations and changes without penalty are made up to 10 days before the date of check-in, with full refund. In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of non-arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be retained as a penalty. In case of early departure, the unused portion of the reservation will not be refunded.
- For reservations during the period: 01.12 — 30.04.- Cancellations and changes 15 days before the check-in date are accepted without penalty and the full amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of non-arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be retained as a penalty. In case of early departure, the amount of the unused portion of the reservation will not be refunded.
Exception: For special offers, Christmas and New Year holidays, Easter and official national holidays — free cancellation or change of reservation is not allowed.
Reservations with early bird discounts are not subject to free cancellation:
- 15% discountfor reservations made up to 20.10.and paid at 100% until 31.10.
- 10% discountfor reservations made up to 20.11.and paid at 100% until 30.11.
Amounts for paid bookings with early booking discounts and special offers are non-refundable. For reservations made with a discount for early bookings and special offers, no changes are allowed, incl. change of room type, type of meal, number of guests, dates of arrival and stay. A change in one of the above parameters will be considered a new booking.
In cases of force majeure requiring cancellation or modification of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents and evidence. Then the refund of the amounts paid is at the discretion of YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD.
The refund of amounts paid for services contracted and performed by “YANTRA-SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD, will be made through a transaction on the card with which the payment was made on the reservation. Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS
Payment is made electronically by debit or credit card through a virtual POS terminal
We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards.

After creating and confirming the reservation, and proceeding to its payment, the payment page opens. The payment screen is located in a 3-D Secure environment, providing complete protection of the data that the customer enters. On this screen, the customer enters the data of his card — type of card, number, validity period and CVV2/SVC2 code. On the receipt that will be printed, you will find the secret code you need for online payments with your debit card.
Important:At no time during the creation of the reservation, the payment or after the payment, the Merchant has access to the cardholder's card data.
In case of a successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print and necessarily save.
At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card upon completion of the payment process.
After successful payment of the value of the created reservation, you will receive a confirmation, number and parameters of your guaranteed reservation.
