  • 50% advance payment of the accommodation amount including VAT – due within 3 days after the written confirmation of the reservation.
  • The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of the full advance payment.
  • Final payment – up to 3 days before the check-in date.
  • For children’s packages, dinner is served according to the children’s menu.

The location is perfect. The view from the room is towards Tsarevets, and we were lucky to have the Sound and Light show during our stay. The pillow was very comfortable, the beds too. The service was top-notch. The food was very tasty.

The location of the hotel is great, at the beginning of the shopping street on one side and within walking distance to Tsarevets on the other. Very responsive staff, clean and welcoming everywhere. The size of the rooms is spacious and comfortable. The view of Tsarevets is unique. The food is good and varied. They have parking close to the hotel, where they take the cars from the main entrance of the hotel. They are always available, very polite.
