BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• 1. PAYMENT:
• 50% advance payment of the amount of the nights with VAT - up to 5 days after the written confirmation of the reservation under this offer. The reservation is considered valid at the moment when the amount of the advance payment is credited to the hotelier's account in full.
• Final payment- up to 14 days prior to the date of accommodation.
• 2. CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
• Cancellation of the reservation is valid without penalty up to 40 days before the date of check-in.
• 50% penalty is due for the cost of the booked room in the period from 39 to 21 days prior to the date of accommodation.
• 100% penalty due for the value of the booked room in case of cancellation 20 or less days before the date of accommodation .
