The location of the hotel is great, at the beginning of the shopping street on one side and within walking distance to Tsarevets on the other. Very responsive staff, clean and welcoming everywhere. The size of the rooms is spacious and comfortable. The view of Tsarevets is unique. The food is good and varied. They have parking close to the hotel, where they take the cars from the main entrance of the hotel. They are always available, very polite.
