    • 50% advance payment up to 3 days after written confirmation of the reservation.
    • Final payment — up to 7 days before the date of check-in.
  • Cancellations:
    • Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
    • In case of cancellation between 13 and 7 days before check-in, the amount for 1 night will be retained.
    • In case of cancellation 6 days or less before check-in, the full prepaid amount will be charged.
  • The hotel reserves the right to change conditions according to employment.

The location of the hotel is great, at the beginning of the shopping street on one side and within walking distance to Tsarevets on the other. Very responsive staff, clean and welcoming everywhere. The size of the rooms is spacious and comfortable. The view of Tsarevets is unique. The food is good and varied. They have parking close to the hotel, where they take the cars from the main entrance of the hotel. They are always available, very polite.

Everything in the hotel is in its place and chosen with taste and professionalism. The hotel is great - clean, cozy, with spacious rooms. We really liked that it is in a quiet place in nature and at the same time only 5 minutes from the park in Sandanski. The food in the restaurants was tasty, and the service both in the restaurant and in the hotel was at a high level. Everyone was exceptionally kind and nice. We were also very impressed by the quick reaction of the staff - we made our reservation just before arriving at the hotel and just a few minutes later we were accommodated in a room with a prepared baby crib and everything necessary for our baby.
