The location of the hotel is great, at the beginning of the shopping street on one side and within walking distance to Tsarevets on the other. Very responsive staff, clean and welcoming everywhere. The size of the rooms is spacious and comfortable. The view of Tsarevets is unique. The food is good and varied. They have parking close to the hotel, where they take the cars from the main entrance of the hotel. They are always available, very polite.

Extremely clean, quiet, and well-maintained place. The staff are polite, friendly, and responsive. We forgot our phone charger, and we got it back in two days. The parking has been organized so each apartment has its designated spot. The same goes for the sun loungers by the pool. The restaurant by the sea is great in terms of service and cuisine.
